A Beautiful Day!

It was a beautiful day here in Marburg, and we are almost to the weekend! Class was fun, and I feel like I am really starting to pick up German much better in everyday conversation. But I definately still have a long way to go. After class, we went with our professor to a nearby Cafe and continued to speak in German. It was really neat experience to be so informal and discuss in german over beer or coffee. Then I had dinner in the student cafeteria with Katie, Jason, and David. We successfully made it up the Lanburg mountain, and are meeting up to hang out tonight at the dorms. We do not have too much homework tonight! Which is a nice break.

This weekend in Marburg there is a Middle Ages/ Renaissance festival! So I am pretty pumped for something exciting and different. And last night I spent several hours with my hallmates. I was able to follow the conversation, and they really made me laugh a lot with their stories. I miss everyone terribly, but I was so excited to see pictures of the new Alpha Xi Delta pledge class online! A shout out to all of my sisters : )
