Video Killed the Radio Star

Today was exactly what I needed. I was able to sleep in slightly, enjoy class, take a field trip to the *Marburg radio station*, take some time for myself, sip coffee on my balcony overlooking the entire city with Rachel, and hang out with some Fulbrighters before bed. The radio station tour was pretty cool - they are a non-profit community station with a studio very close to the student dorms. My class has been invited to do a live 1 hour broadcast in German at the end of September! We are going to be putting together an original program and plan everything ourselves - the theme, songs, etc. So just call me DJ Espy!



I am so sad that I am missing my first home game tonight at Tech!! I know everyone is having fun, and I hope we win!! Go Jackets : )
