Over the weekend I had an amazing time exploring Marburg and Christianburg with the Fulbrighters! I have posted some pictures from Marburg.
The language class and culture class absorbs nearly all hours of the day. I wake up at 7 am everyday and head off to class. Stopping at the backerei on the corner, I usually grab a cup of coffee to go with my breakfast. We stay on campus and in the city during the morning and afternoon - and sometimes just stay for dinner in the city. Our dorm is so far away that it does not make much sense to come back. So the days are long and tiring. But I am enjoying it so much! The weather is so great right now, and there are so many trees, parks, fountains, small cafes, ice cream shops, and university buildings scattered all throughout the city. I started intensely apartment searching today and had a relaxing afternoon. And made dinner in the dorm.
I miss everyone so very much! I will ost some more pictures of friends and such!
