Today I woke up and it was fall. The air has turned crisp, with a slight biting breeze, and the trees are sprinkled with yellow and orange. It feels so great outside, and I cannot believe summer has slipped away so fast!! But it is an amazing time to be in such a quiant german town, with all of the vibrant color and back-to-school feel.
Today was a lazy Saturday, with a delicious brunch and resting. I had a big salad for dinner and played games with Mike, Jenifer, David, and Rachel. I won Knubbel!! As Grandma would say, "Yahtzee!!" We also played Schwarzer Peter, a fun german card game like Old Maid.
Tomorrow is apartment viewing! And I have added some amazing pictures for fun. Me in a 1960s yearbook photo (plus Kenny as an added bonus!) and the Knubbel score card : )
